| On April 14, 2014, in the mediation room on the second floor of the People's Mediation Committee for Doctor-Patient Disputes located in No. 108, Jinding Road, Putuo District, Shanghai Municipality, defendant Qian Deping and other persons negotiated with Dong, Deputy Director of the Medical Affairs Department of Tongji Hospital, and other persons on matters concerning compensation for the death of Xu, Qian Deping's friend, who died in the course of surgery in the Hospital. During this period, due to verbal discords, Qian Deping knocked Dong's face with his head, making Dong fall to the ground and get injured. It was identified by a judicial expertise institution that it constituted a minor injury. On April 17, Qian Deping voluntarily surrendered himself to the public security authority and truthfully confessed to the aforesaid criminal facts after he was apprehended. | | 2014年4月14日，被告人钱德平等人在上海市金鼎路108号普陀区医患纠纷人民调解委员会二楼调解室内，与同济医院医务处副处长董某某等人协商朋友徐某某在该医院手术中死亡的赔偿事宜，期间因言语不和，钱德平用头部撞击董某某面部，致其受伤倒地，经司法鉴定构成轻伤。4月17日，钱德平至公安机关投案自首，到案后如实供述了上述犯罪事实。 |
