| | 2011年11月，福建省三明市永丰化工有限公司（以下简称永丰公司）在未取得生产资质的情况下，非法提炼金属铟。后因硫酸锌生产停工，提炼铟的萃余液无法再利用硫酸锌生产环节进行处理。在储存萃余液池接近无法储存的情况下，从2013年12月7日开始至2014年1月13日，永丰公司将大量未经处理的萃余液进行直排，致使大量含镉、砷等有害物质通过雨水管排放至鱼塘溪内。下游流域环境监测部门发现水中镉、砷含量异常，经逐段排查，最终确定污染源。经环保部门现场检查，监测结果为：永丰公司排放的铟萃余液中镉含量最低超2倍，最高超994倍，砷含量也超过数倍，造成水体严重污染。 |
