| For purposes of further optimizing the business environment at ports and improving cross-border trade facilitation, the General Administration of Customs (“GACC”) has decided to expand the scope of the pilot program of tariff bonds for customs clearance. I. An enterprise may undergo consolidated duty collection on the basis of the Tariff Bond Policy, and relevant matters shall be governed by Announcements No. 45 [2017] and No. 70 [2018] of the GACC.
