| According to the Notice on Launching a Pilot Program of the Insurance Compensation Mechanism for the Application of the First Batch of Key New Materials (No. 222 [2017], MIIT, hereinafter referred to as the “Notice”), for the purposes of further organizing and effectively completing the pilot program of the insurance compensation mechanism for the application of the first batch of key new materials for 2018, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows: | | 按照《关于开展重点新材料首批次应用保险补偿机制试点工作的通知》（工信部联原〔2017〕222号，以下简称《通知》）要求，为进一步组织做好2018年度重点新材料首批次应用保险补偿机制试点工作，现就有关事项通知如下： |
| I. Enterprises that produce new material products in the Directory for Guiding the Exemplary Application of the First Batch of Key New Materials (2017) and have purchased comprehensive insurance policies for the application of the first batch of key new materials from December 1, 2017 to December 25, 2018, or that produce new material products in the Directory for Guiding the Exemplary Application of the First Batch of Key New Materials (2018) and have purchased comprehensive insurance policies for the application of the first batch of key new materials from December 26, 2018 to January 25, 2019, and that satisfy the relevant requirements of the Notice on the first batch may file applications for insurance premium subsidies. | | 一、生产《重点新材料首批次应用示范指导目录（2017年版）》内新材料产品，且于2017年12月1日至2018年12月25日期间投保重点新材料首批次应用综合保险，或生产《重点新材料首批次应用示范指导目录（2018年版）》内新材料产品，且于2018年12月26日至2019年1月25日前投保重点新材料首批次应用综合保险的企业，符合《通知》关于首批次的相关要求，可提出保费补贴申请。 |
II. For a project for which insurance subsidies had been obtained in 2017, an application for renewed insurance premium subsidies shall not be filed, in principle. Materials used for the first piece (set) of equipment already covered by any insurance compensation policy are not within the scope of support of this policy.
