To strengthen the supervision and administration of financing guarantee companies, regulate financing guarantee conduct and promote the sound development of the financing guarantee sector, the member entities of the Inter-ministerial Joint Meeting of Financing Guarantee Business Supervision of the State Council jointly formulated the Interim Measures for the Administration of Financing Guarantee Companies (hereinafter referred to as the “Interim Measures”), which have been reported to the State Council for approval and issued on March 8, 2010 for implementation. Upon deliberation with the China Banking Regulatory Commission, we hereby notify you of the relevant matters concerning the examination, approval and administration of foreign-funded financing guarantee companies as follows:
