In order to correctly and timely exercise jurisdiction over and accept litigation cases related to regulatory functions of stock exchanges, we hereby formulate the following provisions: | |
为正确及时地管辖、受理与证券交易所监管职能相关的诉讼案件，特作出以下规定： |

I.In accordance with the relevant provisions of Article 37 of the “Civil Litigation Law of the People's Republic of China” and Article 22 of the “Administrative Litigation Law of the People's Republic of China”, the intermediate people's courts at the localities of Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange are designated to separately exercise jurisdiction over civil and administrative cases of the first instance, which are related to the regulatory functions of stock exchanges, with Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange as defendants or the third persons.
