For the purpose of ensuring the effective implementation of the Foreign Investment Law, the Ministry of Commerce and the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council have decided to make amendments to some clauses of the Interim Measures for Recognition of the Trans-investment of Taiwan Investors through a Third Place, which are hereby issued and shall come into force on January 1, 2020.
