| Announcement on Preventing African Swine Fever from Spreading to China from Moldova | | 关于防止摩尔多瓦非洲猪瘟传入我国的公告 |
| On September 21, Moldova gave an urgent notification to the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) that there had been five outbreaks of African swine fever in the country. For purpose of protecting the safety of China's animal husbandry and preventing the epidemic from entering China, in accordance with the provisions of the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China and the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Quarantine of Imported and Exported Animals and Plants and other relevant laws and regulations, this Announcement is hereby issued as follows: | | 9月21日，摩尔多瓦官方向世界动物卫生组织（OIE）紧急通报，近日该国境内发生5起非洲猪瘟疫情。为保护我国畜牧业安全，防止疫情传入，根据《中华人民共和国海关法》《中华人民共和国进出境动植物检疫法》等有关法律法规的规定，现公告如下： |
| I. Direct or indirect import of pigs, wild boars and the products thereof from Moldova shall be prohibited; the issuance of Quarantine Licenses for Imported Animals and Plants shall be ceased for pigs, wild boars, and relevant pig or wild boar products imported from Moldova, and the Quarantine Licenses for Imported Animals and Plants was already issued and is within the validity period shall be revoked. | | 一、禁止直接或间接从摩尔多瓦输入猪、野猪及其产品，停止签发从摩尔多瓦输入猪、野猪及其产品的《进境动植物检疫许可证》，撤销已经签发有效期内的《进境动植物检疫许可证》。 |
II. Pigs, wild boars, and the products thereof shipped from Moldova on and after the date of issuance of this Announcement shall be all returned or destroyed. Pigs, wild boars, and the products thereof shipped from Moldova before the date of issuance of this Announcement shall be subject to more stringent quarantine and can only be released after passing quarantine.
