On May 18 this year, the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Ministry of Public Security issued the Provisions (II) of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Ministry of Public Security on the Standards for Filing Criminal Cases under the Jurisdiction of the Public Security Organs for Investigation and Prosecution (hereinafter referred to as the “Standards II”). The Standards II stipulated the standards for filing 86 kinds of criminal cases under the jurisdiction of the economic crime investigation departments of the public security organs for investigation and prosecution. To do a good job in the trial of economic crimes, promptly and correctly crack down on economic crimes, and effectively maintain the order of the market economy, the relevant issues concerning the reference to and application of the Standards II in the people's courts' hearing of economic criminal cases are hereby notified as follows:

今年5月18日，最高人民检察院、公安部印发了《最高人民检察院、公安部关于公安机关管辖的刑事案件立案追诉标准的规定（二）》（以下简称《标准二》）。《标准二》规定了公安机关经济犯罪侦查部门管辖的86种刑事案件的立案追诉标准。为切实做好经济犯罪审判工作，及时、准确打击经济犯罪，有效维护市场经济秩序，现就人民法院在审理经济犯罪案件中参照适用《标准二》的有关问题通知如下：
