I. Article 1 is amended to amend: “These Provisions are developed in accordance with the Securities Law, the Regulation on the Supervision and Administration of Securities Companies, the Notice by the General Office of the State Council of the Work concerning the Implementation of the Revised Securities Law, the Measures for the Administration of the Offering and Trading of Corporate Bonds, and other relevant laws, administrative regulations and rules, in order to regulate the administration of subordinated debts of securities companies and protect investors' lawful rights and interests.”
