| In accordance with the state's relevant laws and regulations as well as the Protocol of Inspection and Quarantine Requirements for the Export of Banana Plants from Cambodia to China between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the bananas that comply with the Inspection and Quarantine Requirements for Banana Plants Imported from Cambodia (See Appendix) shall be allowed to be imported. | | 根据我国相关法律法规和《中华人民共和国海关总署与柬埔寨王国农林渔业部关于柬埔寨香蕉输华植物检验检疫要求的议定书》，允许符合《进口柬埔寨香蕉植物检验检疫要求》（见附件）的香蕉进口。 |

| Bananas are biologically known as Musa supientum. The bananas exported from Cambodia to China are limited to unripe green bananas reaped within 10-11 weeks after flowering, and any ripe or cracked bananas shall not be exported to China. | | 香蕉（Musa supientum），以下简称香蕉。英文名：Banana。柬埔寨输华香蕉限定为开花后10-11周内采收的未成熟青香蕉，任何成熟香蕉或果皮开裂的香蕉不得向中国出口。 |

| The bananas exported to China shall come from the banana production areas in Cambodia. | | 柬埔寨香蕉产区。 |
| IV. Approved orchards and packaging plants | | 四、批准的果园和包装厂 |
Orchards and packaging plants that export bananas to China shall be registered with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (“MAFF”) of the Kingdom of Cambodia and recognized by the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (“GACC”). The registration information shall include name, address and registration code, so that the origin of the exported goods can be accurately traced if they do not comply with the relevant provisions of the Protocol. The MAFF shall, prior to the export season of each year, provide to the GACC a list of registered packaging plants, which can be consulted on the GACC website.
