| Announcement on Preventing African Swine Fever in Bulgaria from Spreading into China | | 关于防止保加利亚非洲猪瘟传入我国的公告 |
| On August 31, Bulgaria issued an immediate notification to the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) of an outbreak of African swine fever in Varna, Bulgaria. For the purposes of protecting the safety of China's animal husbandry and preventing the epidemic from entering China, in accordance with the provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Quarantine of Imported and Exported Animals and Plants and other relevant laws and regulations, this Announcement is hereby issued as follows: | | 8月31日，保加利亚官方向世界动物卫生组织（OIE）紧急通报，保加利亚瓦尔纳州（Varna）发生1起野猪非洲猪瘟疫情。为保护我国畜牧业安全，防止疫情传入，根据《中华人民共和国进出境动植物检疫法》等有关法律法规的规定，现公告如下： |
| I. Direct or indirect import of pigs, wild boars, and products made from them from Bulgaria shall be prohibited; the issuance of Quarantine Licenses for Imported Animals and Plants shall cease for pigs, wild boars, and products made from them from Bulgaria, and the Quarantine Licenses for Imported Animals and Plants already issued shall be revoked. | | 一、禁止直接或间接从保加利亚输入猪、野猪及其产品，停止签发从保加利亚输入猪、野猪及其产品的《进境动植物检疫许可证》，撤销已经签发的《进境动植物检疫许可证》。 |
II. Pigs, wild boars, and products made from them from Bulgaria shipped on and after the date of issuance of this Announcement shall be all returned or destroyed.
