| According to changes in and adjustments to the provisions on foreign exchange administration, the SAFE has developed the Contents and Scoring Criteria for the Assessment of Regulatory Compliance and Prudential Operation of Banks' Foreign Exchange Business (2020) (see the Annex, hereinafter referred to as the “Criteria”).
