| With respect to the application of the Agreement Between the Government of the People's Republic of China and His Majesty's Government of Nepal Concerning Bilateral Road Transportation signed in Beijing，on May 6，1994，an understanding has been reached as follows： | | 为执行一九九四年五月六日在北京签订的中华人民共和国政府和尼泊尔国王陛下政府汽车运输协定（以下简称协定），双方达成协议如下： |
