| For the purposes of regulating the conduct of trading in stocks and depositary receipts on the STAR Market, maintaining the order of the securities market, and protecting the lawful rights and interests of investors, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the "Exchange") hereby announces the relevant issues as follows, according to the Special Provisions by the Shanghai Stock Exchange on Stock Trading on the STAR Market and other business rules: | | 为规范科创板股票及存托凭证交易行为，维护证券市场秩序，保护投资者合法权益，根据《上海证券交易所科创板股票交易特别规定》等业务规则，上海证券交易所（以下简称本所）现就相关事项通知如下： |
| I. In addition to ticker symbols currently in use, stocks and depositary receipts on the STAR Market shall also have extended ticker symbols. An extended ticker symbol shall consist of not less than four Chinese words (6 characters) nor more than eight Chinese words (16 characters). | | 一、除现有证券简称外，科创板股票及存托凭证应同时提供扩位证券简称。扩位证券简称不少于4个汉字（6个字符），且不超过8个汉字（16个字符）。 |
An issuer shall disclose its ticker symbol currently in use and extended ticker symbol in the listing announcement. Extended ticker symbols shall be used in the product information files of the quotes released by the Exchange and the relevant contents on the website of the Exchange, and institutional members, information vendors and other market institutions may additionally use such extended ticker symbols to meet actual needs. For the announcements and other information disclosure documents of listed companies on the Exchange, the ticker symbols currently in use shall remain governing.
