The Decision of the Ministry of Justice on Amending the Measures for the Administration of Residents of Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions Holding the Legal Profession Qualification of the Mainland and Engaging in Legal Practice in the Mainland (hereinafter referred to as the Decision), which was adopted through discussion at the executive meeting of the Ministry of Justice on December 23, 2005, is hereby promulgated, and shall come into force as of January 1st, 2006. The Measures for the Administration of Residents of Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions Holding the Legal Profession Qualification of the Mainland and Engaging in Legal Practice in the Mainland (Order No.81 of the Ministry of Justice) shall be revised according to the Decision, and promulgated again. | |
《司法部关于修改〈取得内地法律职业资格的香港特别行政区和澳门特别行政区居民在内地从事律师职业管理办法〉的决定》（以下简称《决定》）已经2005年12月23日司法部部务会议审议通过，现予发布，自2006年1月1日起施行。司法部第81号令《取得内地法律职业资格的香港特别行政区和澳门特别行政区居民在内地从事律师职业管理办法》根据《决定》修改后，重新公布。 |

With a view to promoting the establishment of closer economic partnership between Hong Kong, Macao and the Mainland, and according to the Supplementary Agreement II of the Mainland/Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Agreement and the Supplementary II of the Mainland/Macao Closer Economic Partnership Agreement, we decide to make the following revision on the Measures for the Administration of Residents of Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions Holding the Legal Profession Qualification of the Mainland and Engaging in Legal Practice in the Mainland (Order No.81 of the Ministry of Justice):
