| Service outsourcing enterprises act as an important force for supporting the export of productive services and promoting the employment of university graduates. Currently, enterprises are facing relatively great difficulties such as insufficient protective supplies, capital flow shortage and business loss as affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. For the purposes of thoroughly implementing the spirit of the important speeches delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping and the decisions and arrangements made by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and making overall arrangements for effectively conducting the prevention and control of the COVID-19 outbreak and ensuring stability in employment, financial operations, foreign trade, foreign investment, domestic investment, and expectations, you are hereby notified of the work concerning supporting the development of service outsourcing enterprises as follows: | | 服务外包企业是支撑生产性服务出口和促进大学生就业的重要力量。当前，受新冠肺炎疫情冲击，企业面临防护物资不足、资金流紧张、业务流失等较大困难。为深入贯彻落实习近平总书记重要讲话精神和党中央、国务院决策部署，统筹做好疫情防控和“六稳”工作，现就支持服务外包企业发展工作通知如下： |
