The objects of joint incentives are model honest enterprises in the transport engineering construction field released under the Notice by the General Office of the Ministry of Transport of Issues concerning Defining and Inspiring Model Honest Enterprises in the Highway and Water Transport Engineering Construction Field (No. 11 [2018], General Office of the Ministry of Transport), related laws, regulations, rules and regulatory documents, and other relevant provisions (hereinafter referred to as the “model honest enterprises”). The objects of joint incentives must be good corporate or unincorporated organizations as verified in the National Credit Information Sharing Platform, to wit, those who have no bad records, and are not on the blacklists or priority attention lists.
