| Provisions on the Administrative Penalty Procedures for Surveying and Mapping (Order No. 50, Ministry of Land and Resources) | | 《测绘行政处罚程序规定》（国土资源部令第50号） |
| Measures for the Administration of Annual Plans on the Utilization of Land (Order No. 66, Ministry of Land and Resources) | | 《土地利用年度计划管理办法》（国土资源部令第66号） |
| Interpretation of the Ministry of Land and Resources on Article 7 of the Measures for Land and Resources-Related Administrative Penalties (Order No. 67, Ministry of Land and Resources) | | 《国土资源部关于＜国土资源行政处罚办法＞第七条的解释》（国土资源部令第67号） |
| II. The Provisions on the Hearings in respect of Land and Resources are amended as follows: | | 二、修改《国土资源听证规定》 |
| 1. In Articles 3, 19, and 33, “basic farmland” is replaced with “permanent basic farmland.” | | （一）将第三条、第十九条、第三十三条中的“基本农田”修改为“永久基本农田”； |
| 2. In Articles 3, 12, and 18, “overall planning for land utilization” is replaced with “territorial spatial planning.” | | （二）将第三条、第十二条、第十八条中“土地利用总体规划”修改为“国土空间规划”； |
| 3. In Articles 3, 12, and 18, “standards for compensation for regional land requisition is replaced with “composite land parcel prices.” | | （三）将第三条、第十二条、第十八条中“区域性征地补偿标准” 修改为“区片综合地价”； |
4. In the Provisions on the Hearings in respect of Land and Resources, “land and resources” is replaced with “natural resources”; “competent administrative department of land and resources” is replaced with “competent department of natural resources”; and “administrative sanction” is replace with “disciplinary action.”
