| Announcement on Adjusting the Policy on the Administration of the Export of Ephedra Herb | | 关于调整麻黄草出口管理政策的公告 |
For purposes of protecting the ecology and environment and the resources of wild ephedra herb, supporting the artificial planting of ephedra herb and implementing the administrative requirements of the State Council for ephedra herb, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the General Administration of Customs and the National Medical Products Administration have decided to adjust relevant administrative measures for the export of ephedra herb in accordance with the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Import and Export of Goods and the Measures for the Administration of Export Commodities Quotas. Relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
