Code of Conduct for the CBRC Staff (the “Code of Conduct”) is hereby issued to you for your compliance and implementation. | |
现将《中国银行业监督管理委员会工作人员守则》（以下简称《守则》）印发给你们，请遵照执行。 |
According to the Interim Regulation on State Civil Servants | |
《守则》以《国家公务员暂行条例》为依据，针对银行业监管机构的工作性质和特点，从十个方面提出了银监会及其派出机构全体工作人员（工勤人员除外）的基本行为规范。银监会全体工作人员严格执行《守则》，对建设廉洁、公正、务实、高效的银行业监管队伍，树立银监会良好的社会形象具有重要意义。各单位要组织工作人员认真学习《守则》，并采取多种形式，做好《守则》的宣传工作。工作人员在年度总结工作时，要对照检查执行《守则》的情况；领导干部在参加民主生活会和述职述廉时，要将执行《守则》情况作为对照检查的一项内容。 |
