To enhance closer economic partnership between Hong Kong, Macao and the Mainland, and according to the Supplementary Agreement VI to Hong Kong/Mainland Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement and the Supplementary Agreement VI to Macao/Mainland Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement, we decided to amend the Administrative Measures for the Residents of Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions Holding the Legal Profession Qualification of the Mainland to Engage in Legal Practice in the Mainland as follows:
