| For the purpose of implementing the Decision of the State Council to Temporarily Adjust the Provisions of Relevant Administrative Regulations, Documents of the State Council, and Departmental Rules Approved by the State Council in Pilot Free Trade Zones (No. 57 [2017], State Council), the matters on the lifting of restrictions on the classification survey of internationally registered vessels in pilot free trade zones are hereby announced as follows: | | 为落实《国务院关于在自由贸易试验区暂时调整有关行政法规、国务院文件和经国务院批准的部门规章规定的决定》（国发〔2017〕57号），现就放开自由贸易试验区国际登记船舶入级检验有关事项公告如下： |
I. “Internationally registered vessels in pilot free trade zones” means the vessels of Chinese nationality sailing on international routes registered according to the special provisions on international vessel registration in pilot free trade zones as prescribed in the Measures of the People's Republic of China for the Registration of Vessels (Order No. 85 [2016], Ministry of Transport). Internationally registered vessels in pilot free trade zones may voluntarily apply for classification survey to the China Classification Society (“CCS”) or an eligible foreign classification service provider approved by the Maritime Safety Administration of the People's Republic of China (“MSA”).
．．．．．． | | 一、自由贸易试验区国际登记船舶是指依照《中华人民共和国船舶登记办法》（交通运输部令2016年第85号）中自由贸易试验区国际船舶登记的特别规定，进行登记的中国籍国际航行船舶。自由贸易试验区国际登记船舶，可以自愿向中国船级社或者经中华人民共和国海事局批准的符合规定条件的外国验船公司申请入级检验。
