| In accordance with the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Several Issues concerning Judicial Procedures for Patents and Other Intellectual Property Cases and the Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues concerning the Intellectual Property Tribunal, the Supreme People's Court sets up the Intellectual Property Tribunal. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: | | 根据《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于专利等知识产权案件诉讼程序若干问题的决定》《最高人民法院关于知识产权法庭若干问题的规定》，最高人民法院设立知识产权法庭。现将有关事项公告如下： |
| I. The Intellectual Property Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court Supreme shall perform its statutory duties from January 1, 2019. | | 一、最高人民法院知识产权法庭自2019年1月1日起履行法定职责。 |
II. In accordance with the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administration Litigation Law of the People's Republic of China, the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Several Issues concerning Judicial Procedures for Patents and Other Intellectual Property Cases, the Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues concerning the Intellectual Property Tribunal, and other relevant laws and judicial interpretations, the Intellectual Property Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court shall mainly review civil patents and other intellectual property cases and administrative patents and other intellectual property appeal cases with strong technical expertise.
