| For the purpose of curbing cross-border spread of the COVID-19 outbreak, Chinese passengers who have purchased return air tickets from the countries listed in the Annex shall enter their health information in advance for prevention of the COVID-19 outbreak. Specific requirements are put forward as follows: | | 为减少疫情跨境传播，从附件所列国家已购买回国机票的中国籍旅客需要提前填报防疫健康信息。具体要求如下： |
I. Beginning on April 8, 2020, a passenger who has purchased a ticket shall, before boarding a flight, enter his or her personal information, health status, recent travel history and other information on a daily basis in advance through the international version of the health QR code for prevention of the COVID-19 outbreak in the WeChat mini program. The information may be entered by others under special circumstances.
