| Announcement on Implementing the Mutual Recognition of “Authorized Economic Operators (AEO)” between the Customs Authorities of China and Japan | | 关于实施中国-日本海关“经认证的经营者”（AEO）互认的公告 |
| In October 2018, the customs authorities of China and Japan officially entered into the Mutual Recognition Arrangement between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and Japan Customs on the Rules of China Customs for Credit Management of Enterprises and the “Authorized Economic Operators (AEO)” System of Japan Customs (hereinafter referred to as the “Mutual Recognition Arrangement”), and decided to officially implement the Mutual Recognition Arrangement as of June 1, 2019. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: | | 2018年10月，中国与日本双方海关正式签署了《中华人民共和国海关和日本国海关关于中国海关企业信用管理制度和日本海关“经认证的经营者”制度互认的安排》（以下简称《互认安排》），决定自2019年6月1日起正式实施该《互认安排》。现就有关事项公告如下： |
I. In accordance with the provisions of the Mutual Recognition Arrangement, the customs authorities of China and Japan shall mutually recognize each other's “authorized economic operators” (hereinafter referred to as “AEOs”), and provide customs clearance facilitation for the goods imported from each other's AEOs. Particularly, Japan Customs shall recognize a senior accredited enterprise accredited by China Customs as a Chinese AEO, and China Customs shall recognize an “authorized economic operator” of Japan Customs as a Japanese AEO.
．．．．．． | | 一、根据《互认安排》规定，中日双方相互认可对方海关的“经认证的经营者”（Authorized Economic Operator，简称“AEO企业”），为进口自对方AEO企业的货物提供通关便利。其中，日本海关认可中国海关的高级认证企业为中国的AEO企业；中国海关认可日本海关“经认证的经营者”为日本的AEO企业。
