According to the new Regulation on the Administration of Company Registration, this Department has revised some of the contents and specifications of the business licenses of foreign-funded enterprises. In the new version of the Business License of Enterprise Legal Persons, the “operating period” is changed into “business period”, the “type of enterprise” is changed into “type of company”; the item of “branches” is deleted, and such two items of “paid-up capital” and “shareholders (promoters)” are added; and the time for annual inspection in the instructions about the counterpart is changed from March 1 into June 30, and the size of the counterpart is changed into A4. In the new version of the Business License, the “operating period” is changed into “business period”, and the time for annual inspection in the instructions about the counterpart is changed from March 1 into June 30, and the size of the counterpart is changed into A4.
