The Provisions on Engineering Projects Which Must Be Subject to Bidding, as approved by the State Council, are hereby issued and shall come into force on June 1, 2018. 《必须招标的工程项目规定》已经国务院批准,现予公布,自2018年6月1日起施行。

Provisions on Engineering Projects Which Must Be Subject to Bidding 必须招标的工程项目规定
Article 1 For purposes of determining the engineering projects that must be subject to bidding, regulating bidding activities, enhancing work efficiency, reducing enterprise cost and preventing corruption, these Provisions are developed in accordance with the provision of Article 3 of the Bidding Law of the People's Republic of China.   第一条 为了确定必须招标的工程项目,规范招标投标活动,提高工作效率、降低企业成本、预防腐败,根据《中华人民共和国招标投标法》第三条的规定,制定本规定。
