In order to further improve the import system, according to the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of the Import and Export of Goods, and other laws, administrative regulations and relevant rules, the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs have made adjustments to the Catalogue of Old Electromechanical Products Prohibited from Importation, which are hereby issued and shall come into force on January 1, 2019.
