| In accordance with the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Import and Export Duties, and other relevant laws and regulations, the matters concerning import customs clearance formalities for exclusion of market-oriented procurement of U.S. products subject to additional tariffs (hereinafter referred to as the “market-oriented exclusion”) are hereby announced as follows: | | 根据《中华人民共和国海关法》《中华人民共和国进出口关税条例》等法律法规，现就对美加征关税商品市场化采购排除（以下简称市场化排除）的进口通关手续事宜公告如下： |
