| For the purposes of implementing the new securities law, with the approval of China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (“SZSE”) has amended the relevant provisions of the Measures of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for the Implementation of Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect. The specific amendments are as follows: | | 为贯彻落实新证券法，经中国证监会批准，本所对《深圳证券交易所深港通业务实施办法》有关条款进行了修改，具体内容如下： |
I. Article 93 is amended to read: “The SZSE or its securities trading company shall not be civilly liable for the losses resulting from abnormal transactions or the corresponding measures taken by the SZSE or its securities trading company, unless it has any serious fault.”
