| Announcement on the Guiding Catalogue for the Key Development Fields of the Service Outsourcing Industry (2018) | | 关于《服务外包产业重点发展领域指导目录（2018年版）》的公告 |
For purposes of implementing the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress for “cultivation of new business types and new modes of trade,” implementing the requirements of the Opinions of the State Council on Promoting the Accelerated Development of the Service Outsourcing Industry (No. 67 [2014], State Council), and clarifying the development orientation of the service outsourcing industry, in conjunction with the relevant departments and in consideration of the industry development situation, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Finance and the General Administration of Customs have developed the Guiding Catalogue (2018), which is hereby issued, on the basis of the Guiding Catalogue for the Key Development Fields of the Service Outsourcing Industry (hereinafter referred to as the “Guiding Catalogue”) issued in 2016.
