| For the purposes of effectively implementing the newly-revised Securities Law and meeting the need of comprehensively deepening capital market reform, in accordance with the requirements of the Implementation Outline for Building a Government Ruled by Law (2015-2020), the Notice by the General Office of the State Council of Strengthening the Development and Supervisory Administration of Administrative Regulatory Documents (No. 37 [2018], General Office of the State Council) and other documents of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on promoting the construction of a law-based government, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has reviewed the relevant rules and regulatory documents and decided to repeal 18 regulatory documents (see Annex). | | 为做好新修订的《证券法》的贯彻落实工作，按照《法治政府建设实施纲要（2015-2020年）》、《国务院办公厅关于加强行政规范性文件制定和监督管理工作的通知》（国办发〔2018〕37号）等党中央、国务院关于推进法治政府建设的文件要求，适应全面深化资本市场改革需要，中国证券监督管理委员会对有关规章、规范性文件进行了清理，决定对18部规范性文件予以废止（见附件）。 |
