| To satisfy the actual demands of enterprises for cross-border RMB businesses and further bring into play the role of RMB settlement in promoting trade and investment facilitation, you are hereby notified of relevant issues concerning the expansion of regions supporting RMB settlement in cross-border trade as follows: | | 为满足企业对跨境人民币业务的实际需求，进一步发挥人民币结算对贸易和投资便利化的促进作用，现就扩大跨境贸易人民币结算地区的有关问题通知如下： |
| I. Hebei Province, Shanxi Province, Anhui Province, Jiangxi Province, Henan Province, Hunan Province, Guizhou Province, Shaanxi Province, Gansu Province, Qinghai Province and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region shall be added into the regions supporting RMB Settlement in cross-border trade, with the coverage expanding to the whole nation. | | 一、跨境贸易人民币结算地区增加河北、山西、安徽、江西、河南、湖南、贵州、陕西、甘肃、宁夏、青海省（自治区），地区范围扩大至全国。 |
II. Enterprises in the aforesaid newly added 11 provinces (or autonomous region) may, in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of the Pilot Programof RMB Settlement in Cross-Border Trade (Announcement No. 10 [2009], PBC, MOF, MOFCOM, GACC, SAT and CBRC), conduct RMB settlement of import trade in goods, cross-border trade in services and other current accounts.
