These Provisions are formulated to ensure the truthfulness and accuracy of the information inquired about and obtained by citizens, legal persons and other organizations through the National Court Information Inquiry Platform for Persons Subject to Enforcement, to safeguard parties' rights to raise objections to the information on the enforcement of a case, and to regulate the handling of objections to such information by people's courts. | |
为确保公民、法人和其他组织通过全国法院被执行人信息查询平台查获信息的真实准确，保障执行案件有关当事人的信息异议权利，规范人民法院信息异议处理工作，特制定本规定。 |

| Article 1 The National Court Information Inquiry Platform for Persons Subject to Enforcement is a network platform of the Supreme People's Court that provides the public with an information inquiry platform regarding persons subject to enforcement in a uniform manner through the website of the Supreme People's Court after the collection of the enforcement case information data inputted by courts nationwide. | | 第一条 全国法院被执行人信息查询平台是最高人民法院集中全国法院录入的执行案件信息数据后，通过最高人民法院网站统一向社会提供被执行人信息查询的网络平台。 |

| Article 2 The type of cases and the content of information for public inquiry on the National Court Information Inquiry Platform for Persons Subject to Enforcement are determined by the Supreme People's Court. | | 第二条 全国法院被执行人信息查询平台提供的社会查询案件范围和信息内容，由最高人民法院确定。 |

Article 3 The information data on the National Court Information Inquiry Platform for Persons Subject to Enforcement is inputted by the courts of enforcement through the National Court Enforcement Case Information Management System. The enforcement case handling personnel are responsible for the accuracy of the information data. Information data must be identical with the records in the case archives.
