In accordance with the Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Import and Export of Goods, the Measures for the Administration of Quotas for Exported Commodities, and other relevant provisions, the Ministry of Commerce has developed the Export Quota Distribution Scheme for Certain Agricultural Products in 2019 (see Annex) by reference to the demand and supply in the international market and the implementation of export quotas for different regions and enterprises, which is hereby issued to you for your compliance and implementation.
