I. From the date when the new campus of the University of Macau on Hengqin Island is opened for use, the Macao Special Administrative Region is authorized to exercise jurisdiction over the new campus of University of Macau on Hengqin Island pursuant to the laws of the Macao Special Administrative Region within the time limit as prescribed in Article 3 of this Decision.
