To further regulate the entrustment of assessments and auctions by the people's courts, promote impartial, honest and efficient trial and enforcement, and protect the legal rights and interests of the parties concerned, these Provisions are formulated in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and in light of the actualities of the people's courts. | |
为进一步规范人民法院委托评估、拍卖工作，促进审判执行工作公正、廉洁、高效，维护当事人的合法权益，根据《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》等有关法律规定，结合人民法院工作实际，制定本规定。 |

| Article 1 The ancillary judicial department of a people's court shall be responsible for uniformly managing and coordinating judicial entrustment of assessments and auctions. | | 第一条 人民法院司法辅助部门负责统一管理和协调司法委托评估、拍卖工作。 |

| Article 2 An assessment or auction institution which has obtained the administrative license of the administrative department of the government and has a specified qualification grade may voluntarily sign up for participating in assessment or auction activities entrusted by a people's court. | | 第二条 取得政府管理部门行政许可并达到一定资质等级的评估、拍卖机构，可以自愿报名参加人民法院委托的评估、拍卖活动。 |
The people's court shall no longer prepare a roster of entrusted assessment and auction institutions.
