| Provisions on Issues concerning the Implementation of the Measures for the Administration of Disclosure of Information on Publicly Offered Securities Investment Funds | | 关于实施《公开募集证券投资基金信息披露管理办法》有关问题的规定 |
| For the purposes of implementing the Measures for the Administration of Disclosure of Information on Publicly Offered Securities Investment Funds (Order No. 158, CSRC) (hereinafter referred to as the “Measures”) in an effective manner, the relevant issues are hereby provided for as follows: | | 为了做好《公开募集证券投资基金信息披露管理办法》（证监会令第158号）（以下简称《办法》）的实施工作，现就有关问题规定如下： |
| I. The website of the electronic fund disclosure website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) as prescribed in paragraph 2 of Article 3 of the Measures is http://eid.csrc.gov.cn/fund, on which the information on the raising and operation of publicly offered securities investment funds (hereinafter referred to as “funds”), interim information, and other information that shall be disclosed in accordance with laws, administrative regulations and the provisions of the CSRC are published in a centralized manner. | | 一、《办法》第三条第二款规定的中国证监会基金电子披露网站网址为http：//eid.csrc.gov.cn/fund，该网站集中展示公开募集证券投资基金（以下简称基金）的募集信息、运作信息和临时信息等依照法律、行政法规及中国证监会规定应予公开的信息。 |
| II. The designated institutions prescribed in paragraph 2 of Article 5 of the Measures shall include, but not be limited to, China Securities Information Technology Services Limited Company (CSITS). Designated institutions shall, upon the authorization of the CSRC and in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, be responsible for maintaining the electronic fund disclosure website of the CSRC and related information systems, organize the management of submission of fund information disclosure documents based on the website, monitoring, information publishing, and other work, and at the same time, provide technical support in a timely manner for the improvement of the extensible business reporting language template for fund information disclosure in accordance with laws, administrative regulations and the provisions of the CSRC. | | 二、 |
| Within one year after the Measures come into force, CSITS shall organize fund management institutions, fund custodians and other parties with information disclosure obligations of the entire industry to uniformly submit historical fund information disclosure documents. | | 《办法》实施之日起一年内，中证信息技术服务有限责任公司应组织全行业基金管理人、基金托管人等信息披露义务人统一报送历史基金信息披露文件。 |
