| Decision of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Amending Certain Rules | | 人力资源社会保障部关于修改部分规章的决定 |
| In accordance with the provisions of the Foreign Investment Law of the People's Republic of China and as required by the State Council in opening wider to the outside world and optimizing the business environment, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security has reviewed relevant departmental rules. With the approval of the Ministry of Commerce and the State Administration for Market Regulation, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security has decided to amend certain clauses of the following three rules: | | 根据《中华人民共和国外商投资法》的规定，按照国务院关于进一步扩大对外开放、优化营商环境的要求，人力资源社会保障部对相关部门规章进行了清理。经商商务部、市场监管总局同意，人力资源社会保障部决定对3件规章的部分条款予以修改： |
| I. The Provisions on the Administration of Talents Markets shall be amended as follows: | | 一、对《人才市场管理规定》作出修改 |
| 1. Article 11 is deleted. | | （一）删去第十一条。 |
| 2. Paragraph 2 of Article 33 is deleted. | | （二）删去第三十三条第二款。 |
| II. The Interim Provisions on the Administration of Chinese-Foreign Joint Venture Talent Intermediary Agencies shall be amended as follows: | | 二、对《中外合资人才中介机构管理暂行规定》作出修改 |
| 1. The name of the rule is amended to read: “Interim Provisions on the Administration of Foreign-funded Talent Intermediaries.” | | （一）将规章名称修改为《外商投资人才中介机构管理暂行规定》。 |
2. Article 2 is amended to read: “For the purpose of these Provisions, ‘foreign-funded talent intermediary' means any talent intermediary that is wholly or partially invested by a foreign investor and registered and licensed within the territory of China in accordance with Chinese laws.”
