In accordance with the requirements as set forth in the Notice by the General Office of the State Council of Effectively Conducting the Review of Certification Items (No. 47 [2018], State Council), the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security has conducted another comprehensive review of the certification items and materials specified in departmental rules which are currently in force. In consultation with the State Administration for Market Regulation, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security has decided to amend certain articles of the Provisions on the Administration of Talents Markets and the Measures for Application for and Payment of Unemployment Insurance Benefits:
