| For purposes of deepening the implementation of prevention and control of the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia at ports and further effectively providing customs declaration and duty payment services, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: | | 为深化落实新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情口岸防控工作，进一步做好报关和纳税服务，现将有关事项公告如下： |
I. For the declaration forms for consolidated duty collection submitted in January 2020, enterprises may complete the electronic payment of the payable duties on a consolidated basis before February 24. Other matters shall still be handled according to the requirements of the Announcement No. 45 [2017] of the General Administration of Customs.
