| Announcement on Issuing Certain Commodity Classification Decisions | | 关于发布部分商品归类决定的公告 |
To facilitate the proper declaration of commodity classification of imported and exported goods by consignees, consigners, and their agents, and ensure the uniformity of commodity classification, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Provisions of the Customs of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of the Commodity Classification of Imported and Exported Goods (Order No. 158, GACC), the General Administration of Customs hereby decides to issue the Commodity Classification Decision in 2018 (I, II) (see Annexes 1 and 2 for details), which shall come into force on January 1, 2019. If any law, administrative regulation, or other relevant provision based on which a commodity classification decision is made changes, the commodity classification decision shall be invalidated concurrently.
