| Announcement on the Declaration Requirements for HS Codes Involved in the Implementation of Anti-dumping Measures against White Feather Broilers | | 关于白羽肉鸡实施反倾销措施有关商品编号申报要求的公告 |
| The Tariff Policy Committee of the State Council decides to levy anti-dumping duties on white feather broilers originated in Brazil as of February 17, 2019. Accordingly, the Ministry of Commerce issued the Announcement No. 6 [2019] (See Annex for details) to clarify the specific scope of the commodities governed by the anti-dumping measures. The chicken wings in the aforesaid scope of products governed by the anti-dumping measures declared by the consignee of the imported goods shall be subdivided into whole wings, drumettes, mid sections, two-joint wings, and wing tips. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: | | 国务院关税税则委员会决定，自2019年2月17日起，对原产于巴西的进口白羽肉鸡产品征收反倾销税。商务部为此发布了2019年第6号公告（详见附件），并明确了实施反倾销措施产品的具体商品范围。进口货物收货人在申报进口上述反倾销措施产品范围中的鸡翅（翼，下同）时，应细分为整翅、翅根、翅中、两节翅和翅尖。现就有关事项公告如下： |

The HS code of fresh or cold whole wings shall be 0207132101, and the HS code of frozen whole wings shall be 0207142101.
