For purposes of implementing the Administrative Measures for the Establishment of Partnership Enterprises within China by Foreign Enterprises or Individuals (Order No. 567 of the State Council) and ensuring the standardization and uniformity of registration by foreign-funded partnership enterprises, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce has formulated the Formats of Registration Documents for Foreign-funded Partnership Enterprises in accordance with the Partnership Enterprise Law, the Administrative Measures for the Establishment of Partnership Enterprises within China by Foreign Enterprises or Individuals, the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Partnership Enterprises, and the Provisions on the Registration Management of Foreign-funded Partnership Enterprises. These Formats include those of application documents for foreign-funded partnership enterprises and those of approval documents for registration organs of foreign-funded partnership enterprises. There are a total of 35 forms of registration documents, each of which has its own criteria. We hereby issue the Formats of Registration Documents for Foreign-funded Partnership Enterprises to you for your correct use as required.

为贯彻实施国务院颁布的《外国企业或者个人在中国境内设立合伙企业管理办法》(国务院第567号令)，保证外商投资合伙企业登记工作规范统一，国家工商行政管理总局依据《合伙企业法》、《外国企业或者个人在中国境内设立合伙企业管理办法》、《合伙企业登记管理办法》和《外商投资合伙企业登记管理规定》的有关规定，制定了《外商投资合伙企业登记文书格式》。此套登记文书格式分为外商投资合伙企业登记申请类文书和外商投资合伙企业登记机关核准类文书两部分，登记文书表格共35种，每种文书格式均附有规范要求。现将《外商投资合伙企业登记文书格式》印发你们，请按照规范要求正确使用。
