| For the purposes of supporting normal operation of shipping companies during the COVID-19 outbreak, properly solving difficulties in the shifts of crew on board of international navigation vessels of Chinese nationality, and safeguarding the labor rights and interests of crew, in accordance with the relevant provisions of China's laws and regulations, the relevant matters concerning arranging the shifts of crew on board of international navigation vessels of Chinese nationality during the COVID-19 outbreak are hereby announced as follows: | | 为支持新冠肺炎疫情防控期间航运公司正常运营，妥善解决中国籍国际航行船舶的在船船员换班困难问题，保护船员劳动权益，依据我国法律法规相关规定，现就新冠肺炎疫情期间中国籍国际航行船舶在船船员换班安排有关事宜公告如下： |
