| Article 44 is amended to read: “The financial statements cited in a prospectus shall be valid for six months from the ending date of the most recently completed period. Under any special circumstances, an issuer may apply for an appropriate extension, which, however, shall not exceed three months. The ending date of financial statements shall be the end of a year, the end of half a year, or the end of a quarter.” | | 第四十四条修改为：“招股说明书中引用的财务报表在其最近一期截止日后6个月内有效，特殊情况下发行人可申请适当延长，但至多不超过3个月。财务报表应当以年度末、半年度末或者季度末为截止日。” |
