The Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on the Entrustment of Assessments and Auctions by the People's Courts (hereinafter referred to as the “Provisions”), as adopted at the 1492nd session of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court, have come into force on January 1, 2012. To guarantee the smooth implementation of these Provisions, some relevant issues are hereby notified as follows: | |
最高人民法院《关于人民法院委托评估、拍卖工作的若干规定》（以下简称《规定》）已由最高人民法院审判委员会第1492次会议通过，并于2012年1月1日起实施。为保证《规定》的顺利实施，现就有关问题通知如下： |

I. The higher people's courts of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government may, according to the value of the assets under judicial entrustment of assessments and auctions as well as the actual circumstance of the subject matter of the auction, determine the scope of qualification grade of an assessment or auction institution participating in assessment or auction activities under judicial entrustment. With respect to the assessment industry that hasn't carried out qualification grade rating, the people's court may, in conjunction with local administrative department in charge of the industry or the assessment industry association, determine the qualification grade of the institution that is to participate in assessment activities of a people's court.
．．．．．． | | 一、各省、自治区、直辖市高级人民法院可以根据司法委托评估、拍卖财产的价值和拍卖标的的实际情况，确定参加司法委托评估、拍卖活动机构的资质等级范围。未开展资质等级评定的评估行业，人民法院可以会同当地行业主管部门或评估行业协会，确定参加人民法院评估活动机构的资质条件。
