Recently, certain insurance companies violate the requirements of the Notice of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission on Strictly Regulating the Sale of Non-Insurance Financial Products (hereinafter referred to as the “Notice”) to illegally sell non-insurance financial products and cause risk incidents, which reveals the serious issues of insurance companies in non-insurance financial products sales management, practitioners control, risk disposal and other aspects.
