| For the purposes of deepening the implementation of the reform requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council for "simplification of administrative procedures, decentralization of powers, combination of decentralization and regulation, and optimization of services," improving the efficiency of notary services and real property registration, effectively protecting the lawful rights and interests of parties, defending judicial authority, and promoting the building of the social credit system, according to the Notary Law of the People's Republic of China, the Interim Regulation on Registration of Immovable Property and other relevant rules, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Natural Resources offer the following opinions on advancing the building of the information access and sharing mechanism in the notarization and real property registration fields: | | 为深化落实党中央、国务院“放管服”改革要求，提高公证服务和不动产登记工作效率，切实保障当事人合法权益，维护司法权威，推动社会信用体系建设，根据《中华人民共和国公证法》《不动产登记暂行条例》等有关规定，司法部、自然资源部就推进公证与不动产登记领域信息查询共享机制建设提出如下意见： |

That justice authorities and natural resources authorities jointly advance the building of the information access and sharing mechanism in the notarization and real property registration fields, in accordance with the principles of compliance with the law, order, safety and efficiency, based on existing work, is an important measure to implement the central reform tasks and accelerate the advancement of "all-in websites" for government services and "one-stop" and "one-visit" services for businesses and individuals and is favorable to further improving or raising notary public and real property registries' capabilities and level of facilitative services.
